Who is Margin Magnet?
Henri Lebon, a talented chef and baker, originally comes from the charming city of Antwerp, Belgium, currently living in sunny South Africa.
Known for its rich culinary traditions in the art of cost controls, he cultivated a deep passion for the culinary arts from an early age, honing those skills both for the cooking and baking industry.

In 2023, he took a significant step in his professional journey by founding Margin Magnet, a venture born out of his previous enterprise, Henri Lebon Consulting since 1991.
This transition marks a pivotal moment, showcasing his unwavering commitment to empowering others in the food and beverage industry to achieve their goals and thrive in their culinary endeavors.
Through Margin Magnet, Henri aims to share his expertise and inspire innovation, helping fellow chefs and restaurateurs turn their dreams into reality.
Our Mission

Extraordinary Experiences
A prominent hotel group consisting of 42 establishments engaged my services to provide comprehensive training in cost control to their cadre of managers and senior chefs. Following the initial training period, they demonstrated a remarkable 4% increase in their net profit.
Moreover, numerous restaurants, bakeries, and retail businesses that have completed the program are reporting substantial enhancements in their operations.
